Campaign: The Lost Mine
This silver longsword, carried in a silver-chased scabbard, has the word "Talon" incribed on the sword blade
while its hilt is in the shape of a bird of prey.
"Talon" is a Silver Longsword +1, which provides a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls.
Some monsters that have immunity or resistance to non-magical and/or magical weapons are susceptible
to silver weapons, and are thus vulnerable to "Talon".
History:
Hundreds of years ago, the same orc horde that sacked the mines at Wave Echo Cave laid waste to Old Phandalin.
"Talon", a Tresendar family heirloom, was previously owned by Sir Aldith Tresendar, also known as the Black Hawk.
Sir Aldith died fighting off the orcs that attacked through the hidden caverns below Tresendar Manor.
"Talon" was thought to be lost during the battle.
Found by Coryn Reyydark from a battered chest in a crevice and lair of a one-eyed monster
within the underground hide-out of the Redbrand Ruffians beneath Tresendar Manor in Phandalin.
Coryn Reyydark arranged to have the Smith of Phandalin plate "Talon" with silver.
Coryn Reyydark will also enhance "Talon" with his Green-Flame Blade spell during combat.

Its value is 200 gp.
