(weapon, uncommon)
Last Updated: November 20, 2023
Campaign: The Lost Mine
The head of this mace is shaped like a sunburst and made of solid brass.
"Lightbringer" is a Mace +1, which provides a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls.
"Lightbringer" glows as bright as a torch when its wielder commands,
providing bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet.
While glowing, the mace deals an extra 1d6 radiant damage to undead creatures.
History:
Urmon the Dwarf records in his adventure journal that a magic mace named "Lightbringer" was commissioned by priests of Lathander,
    the god of dawn.
Mages working with the gnomes and dwarves of the Phandelver's Pact created "Lightbringer".
The mace was lost after the orc attack when Wave Echo Cave and its mine vanished from history.
Pearl recovered "Lightbringer" while exploring Wave Echo Cave and after defeating
a floating eyeball creature with four wavy eye stalks.
In Farway, Pearl told the Church of Lathander that "Lightbringer" has been found.
Pearl asked the Church of Lathander to let her keep "Lightbringer" a little longer
due to the potential undead threat facing the royal tax caravan.
They agreed, Pearl will return "Lightbringer" to the Church of Lathander upon her return to Farway.
After the defeat of the Blood Moon Cult, Pearl returned "Lightbringer" to the Church of Lathander in Farway.
in gratitude, the Church of Lathander gave Pearl a scroll with the commune spell.
