These rugged, sleek, knee-high, iron-shod boots appear to be made of a scaly, red draconic leather hide. They seem to lean forward as if poised to leap.
RathRunners combine the magical properties of:
When worn, RathRunners ignore increased movement costs or penalties and skill check DC increases for movement through light and dense rubble. In addition, you can move up slopes and stairs at normal speed and run or charge downhill without making a Balance check. They also grant a +2 competence bonus on both Climb checks and Jump checks. These are continuous effects and require no activation
In addition, these boots have 5 charges, which are renewed each day at dawn. Spending 1 or more charges as a standard (command) action grants you a teleportation effect with no chance of error. To use this ability one must have line of sight and line of effect. You cannot teleport into a solid object or into a space occupied by another creature. One can bring objects weighing up to ones maximum carrying load but cannot bring along other creatures.
1 charge: teleport 20-feet. 3 charges: teleport 40-feet. 5 charges: teleport 60-feet.
RathRunners also give you the ability to Climb much faster. Once per day, when you activate these boots as a swift (mental) action, you gain a Climb speed equal to your land speed for 10 rounds.
