NOTE: 	"Handling" an animal to do a trick it knows is a move action 
	and DC 10, while "pushing" an animal to do a "trick" it doesn't 
	know is a full-round action and DC 25. 

	In practical terms, Ska'arr would have to spend a move action 
	and succeed on a "handle animal" roll for each animal he commands
	to do a trick, such as "ATTACK!!!!"
