    The blade is white silvery steel with a bluish tinge which tapers to a small point and smooth as ice with razor sharp edge. The handle is smooth white ivory with a ball pommel.

    Coldkiss is a Shiftsilver Frost Short Sword +1.

    It has been enchanted with magic to provide a +1 enhancement bonus to hit and damage.

    Its frost properties provide an additional +1d6 cold damage with each hit.

    A shiftsilver weapon (Dragon Magazine 355, p77) will bypass silver damage reduction as a silvered weapon and will actually do an additional +2 damage against creatures that have silver damage reduction.

    History:

  • Found by Swan Battlestar in the treasure horde of a Shadowscale Lizardfolk Chief on the plane of shadow.
  • Using her share from the hoard of Enthranos, the blue dragon guarding the Pillar of Fire, Swan Battlestar asked Gwenect Moondark and other moonworshippers to help reforge Coldkiss with shiftsilver under the light of the full moon.
